A beautiful novel, full of adventure.
I especially appreciated the care for detail. The World vessels and fishing boats is described with impressive precision and propriety of language, as well as the Arab world. Perhaps
runs off a bit 'too fast in some places and certain plot twists were predictable, but the book involves a lot.
The characterization is excellent, especially that of the protagonist (also because it is written in first person).
